My wife and I were extremely happy with Artisan. All promises kept. Fred came out, looked at all the issues and gave us a quote that same day. We had 5 quotes and Artisan was right in the ballgame on price. We decided to go with Artisan because of the professional manner and honesty of Fred. From start to finish my experience with Artisan was remarkable. They had the best price for my deck demo and rebuild. Their build team was very efficient and produced a great final product. The crew showed up on time, they were friendly and worked late to complete the job. There was a delay in starting the project that was out of the company’s control and was due to town permit approval. I don’t normally bother leaving reviews for contractors, but Fred and the team were excellent and worth taking a few minutes to share. Priced right, and excellent workmanship on the vinyl siding job (especially metal trim work around windows and doors). They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended.
Very professional and great quality of work. Minus one star, however, for the following: 1) Not color matching the new shingles on my home with the color of the preexisting shingles on my garden shed, despite specifying this numerous times to Doug when he came originally to my home. 2) Your roofing crew used on of my square shovels that I had in my garden. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Artisan Builders. Their whole team from start to finish was professional, hardworking, and did incredible work. We had our deck completely demolished and rebuilt. They were done in a little over a week start to finish. Their construction team is very efficient and impressive. We will absolutely be using Artisan again for any of our future home needs!
