Have been with Wards of Kent for 3 years. I had them manage my property in Kent. Whilst the charges for looking after the property were promptly taken from my account each month, they failed to deliver on their said service on numerous occasions. They also have not replied to my complaint email.

I have been trying to raise a complaint in respect of one of the offices but nothing has been done. I have been deliberately mislead and so have the other people in the chain. This is a serious issue that needs investigating but despite this the company continues to ignore the issues. This is a horrendous company that has no moral compass...
