The most horrendous service I have ever experienced! Shocking way of treating customers when theft happens during a viewing @CubittandWest were supposed to be conducting! No remorse nor any compensation following a “thorough” investigation they have said they trust their staffs word & deny the theft 100%. So we lost £500 of Wedding vouchers with no way of regaining this!
