Working with Ted Esquivel was a pleasure. He was professional with a personal approach and he took very good care to listen to our needs and show us properties within our financial scope. It was greatly appreciated that he did not try to push us into buying something more expensive. We talked with several realtors before we met Ted and I can't even begin to explain the difference. Although Ted is very highly in demand, he manages to focus completely on YOU and is always 100% attentive to finding the right property. Justin Sheppard made the home buying experience pleasant and seamless in such a competitive market. We ended up buying a great house in the exact neighborhood we wanted. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Justin helped us find an amazing home and made sure the deal got done. He also helped me rent out my old place all while he was getting married and moving into a house himself. When he was out for his honeymoon, Zach stepped right in and assisted with anything we needed. Overall it was a great experience and we are really happy with our purchase.

Thomas' co-workers, Bee Nguyen, contacted me shortly after leaving a message and was able to locate a new home for my family.My Ninja Bee worked tirelessly to ensure my fiancee and I found a nice new home after very short notice that we needed to move from our last.
