Justin was an amazing and very knowledgable agent to work with. He was always on time to all of our appointments (even when they were last minuet) as well as very knowledgable of all of Austin real estate. I highly recommend Thomas Brown. They are the best!

First time home buyer here and to be honest it couldn't have gone any better. Justin worked so hard for us to make sure we were satisfied with the houses we saw and the decision we made. He has tons of resources to help with inspection, bug, and general maintenance. He's very knowledgeable about the Austin area and is quick to respond. I worked with Justin from Thomas Brown. He was AMAZING and my husband and I are extremely grateful. He was understanding and patient as we are buying our first home. Tom is the best realtor I have ever come across! We recently purchased a home after months of bothering the poor guy. He does not have that realtor feel to him (like a used car salesman). He is quiet but it is because he is examining the house (foundation, walls, etc.) in order to tell you whether it is a problem or cosmetic. If I won the lottery, I would still use Tom as a real estate agent again. He worked within what we (my husband and I) wanted to spend. I was referred to Thomas and Justin of Thomas Brown Properties. I used them to find tenants for my rental property located in E. Austin. I received multiple applications and Thomas and Justin walked me through the process of selecting the most qualified tenant. They were prompt returning calls and articulate about the process. We used Justin and Thomas Brown Properties to purchase our home over the summer. We look at numerous homes before deciding to purchase the Victorian. Justin helped with the financing and found us a lender who was transparent, honest and gave us a fair deal.
