I found myself here twice in one week- once for me and once for my daughter. The waiting room was incredibly clean and the staff is friendly. Both times I didn't make an appointment- I had to wait approx 20-30 minutes each time. My daughter enjoyed showing me "how the brain works" while we waited. Bonus: they have Super Market Sweep playing consistently in the waiting room, and my millennial heart was so happy.

Fantastic place!! Was on vacation to Clarksville, ran out of my heart meds. Went here to see if I could get them filled. No problem. Wait time was minimal, office/exam room was clean and neat. Scarlett, Joe and Tammy were very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this office.

Smart, fast and kind. Had to get tested for Covid after exposure at work. They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Didn't hurt and was in/out relatively quickly.

I love that you can make an appointment online. That their paperwork was online and I could download it and fill it out, bring it with me, saving me a lot of time. I love that they were open on Saturday. I was there maybe a total of 35 or so and was able to see a nurse, a provider, get tested for strep and the flu and be on the way to my pharmacy. It is really difficult to find a good doctor here in this area. I came here because the only good experience I had with a doctor in Clarksville for an emergency was with Dr Carden. He transferred from one Urgent Team by Fort Campbell to the one in Sango. I had seen a doctor and an NP for ear problems and it was seen as an allergy or a result from a cold. Didn't want to go to the ER ( as it was not a life threatening emergency). Unfortunately, it was bad enough I needed to be seen before waiting to call primary care on Monday to try and get a appointment with primary care. I checked in ( no appt.), Front desk receptionist: very pleasant and accommodating. 20 minutes later, I was triaged, then in a room. "Urgent" care, where appointments are just for fun! Waitlisting- means your appointment is useless, but thanks for trying! If you cannot meet appointments, reduce those available or just make it 100% walk in.

Do NOT come here for your covid test. I understand there's been a spike in cases so they're busier than usual, but I booked an appointment for a test at 1040am, and it's 1pm right now. I still haven't been called in for my test. The lady at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. I'm a student so I need to get back to my assignments, not spend over 2 hours sitting in a parking lot. Super disappointing, I was called 10 minutes before my appointment and told that I had to pay in advance prior to my appointment because of nonpayment. I got on my online banking and my check had cleared for them nearly a week ago!
