Do NOT come here for your covid test. I understand there's been a spike in cases so they're busier than usual, but I booked an appointment for a test at 1040am, and it's 1pm right now. I still haven't been called in for my test. The lady at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. I'm a student so I need to get back to my assignments, not spend over 2 hours sitting in a parking lot. Super disappointing, I was called 10 minutes before my appointment and told that I had to pay in advance prior to my appointment because of nonpayment. I got on my online banking and my check had cleared for them nearly a week ago! My frustration is why would you wait until 10 minutes before someone's appointment to call them to clear up financial stuff when you knew that I was scheduled all day and could've called me at any time, and why does your billing not update for nearly a week to reflect payment in full on someone's ... read more
