I have had the most ridiculous experience at this Wilmore Rudolph's location in Clarksville Tennessee. I am a walk in told there was openings for appointments. I was not put in as a scheduled appointment when I came in. So I just keep getting pushed as a walk in further and further out. people are added to scheduling as appointments and are getting seen around me. I asked the rude receptionist 2 times if I was coming up. I also asked if I could switch to a scheduled time, now that it's over 2 hours. The receptionist respons... read more

We brought our daughter here for treatment because Dawn, NP has been great to us with acute illnesses in the past. Unfortunately, we saw Chelsy McCarroll instead. Chelsy got very visibly upset when my husband asked about possibly getting my daughter steroids and antibiotics for possible pneumonia. Went in for dehydration after calling FIRST to make sure they could provide services only to get there and then they say, no, we can't treat you & sent me to Tennova ER. It is sad how this facility has declined. DO BETTER!

Scheduled an appointment to be seen by a physician. Booked ahead (4 hours!) with symptoms and upon arrival was told they cannot see me due to symptoms. I came here because I don't know what is going on with me and they would not even listen to all of the symptoms. Just told me to go to the ER (although I was not in any distress). Very disappointed in the way they handled the situation, could have listened to what I had to say before sending me off. There was more it than they allowed me to explain. The first thing to know is Dr. Becca is wonderful and caring - she is great. The Staff on Monday to Friday is great. Becca has always treated us well, and presents a great attitude during appointments. Went there on appointment recently and was not treated fairly. Staff member on the weekend (I had never seen before ) refused access to me even though my spouse needs me to be there and it has never been a problem before. I've been to this clinic four times, that I can readily recall. The first two times were good. The third time I was a walk-in, and waited four and a half hours, thru lunch, sick and running fever. I sat in my car for hours, then the waiting room, masked up, struggling to breath and listened to a whole list of excuses told to those that asked, as to why it was taking so long to be seen. I will never come here again. I left last week with the doctor telling me that she would send medication to the pharmacy. I picked it up, and it was expensive. Almost a week later, I received a call from them. They told me that they ran a test and I needed new medication. We can't afford to get another almost $100 medication. While I know they didn't do this intentionally, I can't help but feel cheated. If I had been told to wait to get the prescription, I would have done that. They said I had outstanding bill from 2019. I have never been to this location. They made me pay 170. I'll be calling my insurance company and attorney.
