I get it. COV 19. But a week for results? No calls back? Treated like a pest when I DO get someone to answer? I've quarantined from evvveryone for a week with no answers. Looking past the full 7 days with no results, the customer service is lacking terribly.

Most Expensive Parking Spot in Clarksville. It took them an hour to work through why my insurance was denied and after I paid $120 per person (myself and 2 kids) they waited another 45 to call me back, ask about our symptoms and decide that they wouldn't offer us the rapid COVID testing. 2 hour parking, $360 cost

The doctor and the nurse was wonderful, wonderful service until it was time to pickup meds at Walgreens. Urgent care is to call Tricare to get approval for medications. When I called urgent care they said no they do not back and forth even going back to urgent care. Walgreens made the call again cause they had already called on my behalf and with me right there Tricare said urgent call needs to get approved. The first time I came here there was a little wait (probably no more than twenty minutes). They treated me nicely and everything was prompt. The second time I visited here, everything was completely opposite. I waited two hours to be seen. During that two hours, someone who had came in AFTER me was scene. I asked how much longer and the lady told me that after the people that just went back we're done, I'd be next. Idk what was going on but not communicating it to your guests is not okay. Went there for a toothache and they would not help me ended up going to the emergency room at the end of the week with a very bad infection
