I have banked with multiple different banks around the area. My debit card from Ascentra has been hacked no less than 5 times. Their replacement card policy is terrible it take 10 business days to receive a new card and if something goes wrong and the new card doesn’t show up it’s another 10 business days they give you an ATM card then still charge you the ATM fees. Other institutions you walk in and walk out with a new card the same day. Their staff is less than helpful in every situation. It’s absolutely terrible.

We do all our banking through Ascentra Credit Union. My step-father passed away in April and I opened an estate account through the bank he banked through. After jumping through hoop after hoop and still not getting help (paying off his $42 credit card). I thought why am I going through all the headaches when I can just open an account at Ascentra.
