When we first moved in, I loved the little space that we had! It was a perfect little starter apartment. Well the parking SUCKS! If you get off late in the afternoon, you will have no where to park and if you attempt to park in the resevered, they will ticket you which is ridiculous to me due to having no where else to park your car. The office workers & maintenance men are GREAATT!! They are sweet & if they ever have to come into your apartment, they are polite and always keeps a conversation going! I lived at the Ashborough for 4 years (2016-2020), and I would highly recommend it. The apartments are updated, spacious, and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help out. Milton and Veronica are extremely personable and willing to listen to any issues you run into, and if they can't help personally, they always know exactly where to direct you. I've been here for over a year now and it's a great, well maintained place. The apartments are affordable and decently sized, our unit has a very large balcony as well! Good storage, laundry, dishwasher all in the unit. Pool, gym and office you can use, along with food truck and holiday events they are kind to hold for the community. They are VERY good for keeping things maintained and cleaned, and any pest control. I have been at the Ashborough for a couple of months and could not be happier. I was shown the perfect apartment with everything I needed--fireplace, attached garage and the bonus of a view. Olivia, the leasing agent, was beyond helpful and super nice. I love that they have valet trash and package concierge here, plus the proximity to Crossroads and the Beltline can't be beat. I had to move to a new place...and fast! The ashborough made it such an easy process. The staff are super friendly and the apartment is great. Highly recommend!
The leasing consultant, Milton was friendly and personable. He showed me many different apartments, so I could get the feel of the one I would really enjoy living in. He also showed me the amenities and explained all that the complex had to offer. The online application experience was simple and easy to complete. I know I am going to enjoy my new apartment!
Had an excellent touring and application experience with my roommate. During our visit, the leasing agent showed us around in the community and our desired property. The amenities and the apartment both look really nice. After the visit,the online application process was convenient and the office processed it very quick. Generally we had a very nice experience and are very excited for our upcoming moving-in!
I honestly was going to overlook this place based on their website (it really needs updating)! But I am SO HAPPY I did not. This place is great - they have upgraded everything that includes stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, new hardwood laminate flooring, etc. During the tour the leasing agent, Milton, was super nice and answered all my questions. Excellent touring and application experience. During my appointment, the leasing agent, Olivia, was great. She was helpful, accommodating, and personable, while remaining professional.
