I just signed my lease at the Ashborough and I am very happy with my experience so far. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the right apartment at the right price. I can't wait to move in!

Very easy touring and application process, everything was online that you could do in the office which made things very quick. Great deals, perfect space and amenities! I can't wait to move in! Not far from shopping areas, major roads, and downtown. Staff was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

I lived at the Ashborough for nearly 3 years at this point, and truly was happy with my experience. I am happy to report the staff has remained the same (that speaks VOLUMES for an apartment community!) and they all have been super helpful every time I needed something. The dedication and commitment the staff has to making sure all is done correctly is so appreciated. I've just moved out and miss it there already - it has so much to offer! If I ever go back to NC I would absolutely live in this community again.

I lived at Ashborough for almost 3 years and it was a great place. My apartment was awesome and quiet. I had huge rooms and windows that were accomodating to my big furniture. I didn't feel like I was in a "box" because I had nice touches like vaulted ceilings and a private garage. My neighbors were cool and I made some great friendships. The staff was nice and helpful and they would host events like drive by breakfast and even a sit down dinner for the holidays. The pool and 24/7 gym were nice perks. Very nice-looking and relatively new complex with a pretty good mix of neighbors. Decent amenities - pool, nice outdoor hot tub, fitness center and laundry - but nothing really out of the ordinary. They do have a lot of little touches like berber carpet, crown molding, and fireplaces that make it a pretty comfortable place to live. The staff started out really nice and accommodating, but became very rude and abrasive as time went on. For the price, it's a decent complex, but there are better deals to be found.

I used to love it before I realized there are two cars in the complex with loud mufflers and the management refuses to hold the drivers accountable about it. I switched units for more space and now they live beneath me and it's unbearable. I've asked the guy and his girlfriend politely to be considerate and stop idling and revving their older model fixed up sports cars in the mornings at least but they don't care. I lived at Ashborough for over 2 years and was glad to finally leave. The complex is conveniently located to shopping and the commute to NCSU was not bad either. The complex is surrounded by a lot of trees. In the office, Olivia was always very nice. (I have been told that she has since left Ashborough.) But once I signed my lease, the two managers never seemed to have time for us and the other salesman, Milton, always seemed put off that he had to help us with a problem. Once you sign a lease, they will stop caring and try to get every penny they can out of you. Really sad how bad this place has gotten. Our apartment was filled with mold and they didn't even offer a reimbursement. I would look else where unless you have deep pockets and like being treated poorly.
