I purchase all of my jewelry from This location. The staff is helpful and attentive, they're also budget conscious if you have a spending goal in mind. It's is my goal to shop family owned over the big box retailer. With that being said there is no jeweler on site. However all of the diamonds have great cuts, good clarity and great craftsmanship. I originally left a very critical review due to a billing dispute, but since the issue appears to have been resolved, I'm updating my review. The ring is stunning and the associate was very helpful in identifying my wife's preferences. I feel like I received good value for the quality of jewelry I purchased. We went to Ashcroft & Oak after the online jeweler made too many excuses for the ring we ordered. After six weeks we had had enough. Sharon helped us as we looked at the various rings. My fiancée had a very specific type of ring in mind and Sharon patiently showed us different examples. She then brought a catalog with other styles of rings and we found the perfect design. This is the best jewelry store in the greater Cleveland area. When you go here, ask for Kim, the manager. She is so professional but personable and knows her jewelry. She helped me and my fiancé pick out our wedding bands and tolerated us on multiple trips to the store when we had no idea what we wanted and she never showed any hint of annoyance even tho we were probably really annoying. I always have a pleasant experience when I goto this store. The staff is always helpful,but not pushy. They show me what I want to see and no pressure to buy. Which of course makes me want to go back even if I don't buy something at that moment,no embarrassing feelings for me, they say we hope come back when you ate ready to purchase.
