Great service seems like a thing of the past...most service organization have forgotten that the initial transaction is just the beginning of the relationship. Well I am happy to find that Tiffany Soric @ Ashcroft&Ash in the Beachwood Mall has not forgotten the meaning of true customer service! During my visit she was not only very friendly and helpful but we felt like she truly had our interest in mind and as a result she has earn a loyal customer for life...great job Tiffany!
Went to the Beachwood Mall this evening with my sister to shop for my daughter and ended up walking into Ashcroft. We were pleasantly greeted by the store manager Kimberly. My sister was looking at some watches and I had to join in as well. Kimberly showed my sister a few Movados that she was interested in. My husband and I have purchased several items from this particular location. Also, purchasing the protection plan for all the items purchased. One of the purchases being my husband's wedding band. On the day before our honeymoon, my husband stopped by to have his wedding band cleaned, during cleaning the associate knocked a diamond out. The Associate named Erin offered to send it out to be fix. I went to this store and made my purchase under the impression that it would be a layaway, and later found out that Ms. Jasmine Clemens had misled me into opening an unwanted credit account instead. After this, I really don't trust this store. There are other jewelry stores in the same mall, so try to avoid Ashcroft & Oak if you can.

Purchased a watch for my birthday today but should of turned away immediately after price was quoted differently than the day before (hundreds more). Also, the "retail price" was much higher then if I purchased directly from Movado so of course the "15% discount" really wasn't a discount. The watch is great but the service was fishy. I should of just been patient and ordered it & I wouldn't feel as cheated. I would give them 5 stars because of their beautiful jewelry but that was all taken by their really horrible store manager, Kim's, attitude, lack of customer service and her discrete manipulation towards clients she doesn't like. It's her store if she doesn't like you, good luck ever getting any decent kindness from her. The first time I met her she was already saying "customer is wrong I am right." We had been buying at this store(Beachwood location) from last few years and Kim provided us great service. We as a family loved Kim's service. She is the only one we would go back to but this time one of Ashcroft's other employee misbehaved with us upon our bargaining on a earring.
