I have never received such amazing customer service like I did here. I need to give Aly a huge shoutout for making my first time looking for my perfect engagement ring so amazing and exciting. I went to the surrounding jewelers stores in the mall and was treated like garbage since I was just looking at engagement rings that I knew I liked to tell my boyfriend. We cannot say enough good things about our service here from Matthew P. We walked in after being in several other jewelry stores earlier that day and was SO taken care of by Matthew. He was so patient and kind with all the different rings my fiancé wanted to try on. I honestly love Ashcroft & Oak. My husband and I buy a lot of jewelry (he collects watches, I collect, well, anything shiny), and this is the only jeweler I'll go to at this point. I can always get a discount, I never feel pressured to make a purchase, and their selection is much bigger than the other mall jewelers. My fiancee and I dropped by for a cleaning while we were shopping at the mall, "just a cleaning" of course being a cover for "let's look at some wedding bands." Sure enough, the store manager Matthew Phillips mentioned the huge sale they would be having on November 24th, and sure enough found myself trying on wedding bands. Everytime I walk in, I get greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ahmad... he helps take care of me from start to finish. I came in looking for a watch and a chain for my husband, he walked me through all the watches and chains he has and took the time to explain the difference between each one of them. Needless to say, I purchased the watch and chain from him and will be back to purchase anything I need in the future from Ahmad.
On recommendation of family, my boyfriend and I came here while shopping in the mall to browse for wedding bands. Greeted upon arrival, we told the man that helped us we were looking for wedding bands and he showed us to that area. I found what I liked within a few minutes and the same for my boyfriend. Only reason I would say 1 star is because our sales associate was friendly. They wouldnt apply his military discount due to it being the holidays and we got a "deal", which it is what it is. When looking at men's wedding bands, It wasn't what we were told and it started chipping, flaking and peeling that week. We immediately took it back and exchanged it.
