Thomas was amazing! He took time and had so much patience while I tried on countless rings! I even came back with more ideas and he was able to put something together from their selection! We played with different sets and pairs until I found something I LOVED!! I waited 6 years to get something and he helped every step of the way! Would recommend 100 times!
I was there today to purchase a simple gold necklace for Mother’s Day for my mom. I was blessed to have Kim help me along the way! She was so sweet and made the process so simple. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. :)
My experience at this location of Ashcroft and Oak was an adventure! My son ordered a ring at another location and was to be sent to my location . When the ring hadn’t arrived for an engagement that was supposed to be in a few days, I didn’t know what to do.
