As I asked in your response months after my issue I did email to inform them what was going on and the way they're going to handle it is to let me know they'll do re-training. Hopefully training will help you guys but that is no way to win me back

Lord, where do I begin? Beautiful-looking jewelry, crappy craftsmanship, even crappier customer service. They are happy to SELL you jewelry, but afterwards you mean crap to them. Within one week of purchase, a stone fell out of my ring. Took it back, was told someone would call me Tuesday when it was done. No call. List my husbands wedding band for 6 weeks and never told us until I picked it up and it wasn't there. No paper trail on their side either. I was treated like I never even brought it there to be fixed. Called with the receipt number and all the paperwork I had. After all this, they called to say they had it. They tried to pass a new band off as the original but it says 'Sample' on the inside. The Logos inside the ring were also worn off but somehow showed back up? If i could give negative stars I would. Please beware. Always read the paperwork fully before you sign because the sales men will lie to your face. Would highly recommended to take your money elsewhere.
Be careful of sleazy sales tactics. I was shopping for a specific watch that I had researched in depth. I knew what a fair price was, and was willing to pay this amount. They offered what they claimed was a discount, but still way above what I knew was a fair price. The salesman said he would call his manager to see if he could get a better price but wouldn't make the call unless I gave him my credit card first. Do not get a ring from here! They are extremely dishonest and misleading! I've had my wedding ring for 6 weeks and my center stone fell out! There website and the sales consultant said they would replace any single stones, just know, that is NOT your diamond center stone! This company is a bunch of lying hustlers. RUN from here!
