The service and correspondence from the staff was outstanding. I stopped in and asked about the availability of a Hamilton watch that was no longer produced and had been replaced with a new model but with the same reference number. Rebecca, the store manager, was very helpful and ordered several examples in to see if one of them happened to be the older model. I would definitely consider that going above and beyond! Went in to pick out an engagement ring. After looking at several other places, i found exactly what i wanted here. It was all due to my sales associate Jasmine. She was phenomenal. She listed to my fiance and I as to what we wanted, my likes and dislikes as well as our budget! Jasmine was wonderful to work with. Such a pleasure!
Do not go here. They are crooks. Purchased a Diamond ring from there and customized it with a loose Diamond and separate ring setting. I have the receipt showing the two separate charges. Took my ring to other jewelers two years later and they're telling me the Diamond is not real. I went back to the location, receipt in hand and they told me there was nothing they could do because the jeweler who created the ring no longer works there and they're not sure why it's not testing as a real Diamond and they don't have the equipm... read more

This company is absolutely horrid. I had the worst experience. The manager Rebecca and worker Sara are absolutely the worst in customer service. I went in to the store to get a different setting for my ring. I pointed at a 1 carat ring (mine was supposedly 3/4) and said I would like this setting (the tiffany setting) I did not know what it was called. My fiancé bought the ring in September they didn't have it in my size so they let him take a loaner ring home to propose to me and said my actual ring would be ready in 4 weeks well we called 4 weeks later still not ready and was told it would be ready today December 1rst which is 8 weeks called again today and was told still not ready and the ring will be here next week. Brought in my wife's wedding bands to be resized and they lost the rings! It has been three weeks without a response from them so we called and they said they are unable to find her rings in the system, even though we have a receipt for the transaction. I wish I had read other reviews first, it sounds like this is a common occurrence!

I wouldn't buy from here. My white gold engagement ring needed a side diamond replaced and to be rhodium dipped prior to our wedding so that my ring could look the best it possible could on our big day. We had many issues. First, they do not have an onsite jeweler. This means repairs take weeks instead of hours or days. My ring was sent out. And was not back by the estimated delivery date. Ashcroft and Oak... where a diamond is forever... and that's exactly how long it will take to come in. This is a really nice place to purchase jewelry that you will never receive. If you don't like your money and would like to send it off into the abyss with nothing to show for it, then this is the place for you!
