This is the second review I've written about Ashcroft & Oak because the only way I have been able to have any response is to try and warn other shoppers. We have purchase 5 rings and have had 3 of them back for repairs. The last ring was purchased on 7/1/13, taken back for repair on 7/17, 8/27 and again on 9/21. This ring is still in repair and each time I to ask if it has been repaired, no one at the store seems to know why it is still out. So 5 purchases has resulted in 6 returns for repair. My husband went here to get my engagement ring. I told him I wanted an opal and he delivered, but the customer service was the worst. My opal popped out of the setting on multiple occasions and the lady at the North Olmsted location had the nerve to tell me "this is why you don't have an opal for an engagement ring. They aren't meant to hold up like diamonds." Ok, well, I didn't ask for her opinion first of all.
