Since I'm young, a lot of other jewelry stores didn't take me seriously, but the costumer service here was outstanding. The sales rep made sure to give me details about any ring i wanted to look at and helped me find the perfect one for my mom.

Jess was super helpful and nice. My wedding band took a little longer to come in and I was unsure if I wanted to keep it. Jess let me pick out another one and she had it overnighted so when both rings came in I could decide on which one I wanted to keep.

I want to thank Yvonne and her crew for making my jewelry shopping experience exciting. We got my fiance's wedding band there and we told them about the other store and the bad experience we had at the jewelry store below them at Robinson Mall. I They made my fiance and I feel like we were family and they cared about our needs. I will not shop at another jewelry store except Ashcroft. We bought our wedding rings at Ashcroft & Oak in June 2016, our Wedding is August 3, 2017, very soon now. Our rings a total of 4 at the time were purchased from an associate no longer with the company. My fiancé decided to put his wedding band on and found it no longer fit, so we decided last Saturday to take it back to have it resized. This is by far my favorite jewelry place I have ever been too. Clarissa and Brittany treated me like family. Greeting me with huge smiles and the friendliest gestures. They were very friendly and helped me out a lot! Definitely recommend going here!

My colleague had his fiance's engagement designed here- Gorgeous. And my mother had a fall and her jewelry was chrooted with blood and the owners were happy to oblige.
Stopped by with little intentuon of buying anything. Met a very delightful young salesgirl named Cassie. She was helpful, positive (even during the Holiday madness) and offered us several options for our needs. I would steal her in a New York minute if I was your competitor...she is definetly an asset to your company and truly represents great customer service in retail!
