I stopped by Ashcroft and Oak to look at engagement rings, with no intention of buying anything. Alicia, the manager, greeted me and told me about the store. Then she worked with me and we ended up designing exactly what I was looking for and the price was FANTASTIC. The ring came back from being customized and it was perfect! It was the night before our 25th Vow Renewal Ceremony and I realized I had not had my wedding ring cleaned. We were in Robinson and ran to the mall. This store looked amazing so we went in and asked if they would clean my ring. They cleaned my ring, earrings, and necklace! When we asked what we owed they said it was FREE! What a blessing! The staff was super nice. As I waited for my jewelry to be cleaned I looked at all of their sparkles. They have beautiful jewelry. I will definitely be going back to shop!
MENTOR STORE - my wife gave them 2 small diamond wedding band side rings on December 14. Provided deposit for work to join them together based on sketch done by store manager. Since then, it has been nothing but excuses on why they are not done. suspect something is going on that they are not telling us. It is now 2 months and 2 weeks since we turned over the rings to them.
My fiancé got my engagement ring from here... and let me just say I was in love with it at first, then got really disappointed. The stone in my ring fell out 6 times and I had to keep bringing it back to have it replaced. Thank God he got the lifetime warranty on. After having the ring replaced the 6th time I told them I wanted a different ring. We had to wait a month before we even heard anything back from them. If I could give this place a zero i would the mall st matthews location in louisville ky is the worst place ever they don't care about giving customer service or a memorable experience all they want is money and hardly anything in that store is worth anything just scrap never going back there again
I bought our wedding bands from Jess in November. My husband's was going to take a couple weeks because his size wasn't in the store and they would call when it came in. I stopped back in December, wasn't in, no phone call. I called in January since I never got a call back, Jess was with somebody so I was told she would call back and never did. My experience buying here was great.. The staff were all friendly, smiling, & very helpful. I even purchased an extended warranty to cover any issues for life! Since then my girlfriend & I have had to take the necklace and ring back several times (the flimsy chain on the necklace breaks extremely easily and a couple of the small diamonds on the ring fell out). If your not buying right out of the box don't go here. My fiancé and I got custom wedding bands made here and they did not come out like we were promised. But that doesn't bother us, we know that's the gamble you take with custom, what bothers us is the fact that no one tried to work with us. The sales rep nor the manager were able to proved us a phone number to discuss our disappointment with upper management or even try to work us to find a solution, with out us spending additional money to make the needed corrections. Different prices different days! Not very skilled sales people ,expect for one or two. Manager a bit difficult and abrupt. Rather go to a well known company that I can trust.
