Ashcroft & Oak did a wonderful job on a custom wedding band for my wife. Nearly 5 years later, I can say they still remember my family and I every time we come through the mall. My son bought a engagement wedding ring. Paying it off each month, paying more than the agreed installments. Ashcroft and Oak CANNOT get the correct balance, this has happened several times. What is the matter with there Accounts dept, a twelve year old can do a better job. Incorrect balance AGAIN, contacting them once again. Ashcroft take note..
Went to Ashcroft last February and bought my husband a new wedding band and myself a new pinkie ring. Between the 2 rings this is the 5th time they have had to be serviced with his wedding band now completely falling apart. His previous ring that he traded in Was from Kings jewelry and never had to be fixed in 15 years. Was there 3 weeks ago because of it being bent and the manager beat on it to reshape it. We will never spend another dollar there. Completely incompetent. First the manager Jason lied to my fiance saying that the gold on the ring(which I'm highly allergic to) would not touch my skin. Obviously by looking at it... not true. Then he lied and said that they would do an even exchange to have a different stone set in a different ring, ended up charging us an additional $66...ok, fine... then, they said our ring would be ready by Friday... went to pick it up, it was never sized even though we specified the size... the... read more
