I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a special gift or piece. The staff was soo helpful & caring to what exactly we were looking for. They didn't stop until we had exactly what we wanted.

We love Ashcroft and Oak Jewelers in the Southern Park Mall. Everyone is so wonderful, helpful and non-judgemental. The protection plan is for sure the way to go, well worth it. Even though we are not rich by far we were treated with respect and we never felt that we were not welcomed there. The only place I will shop for jewelery.
we had a very good experience with Jessica over the weekend. we are searching high and low for wedding bands all over Pittsburgh. Finally decided to head out to boardman to visit family and took a look around for rings. we had been to this store's robinson location, but sales person there wasn't very friendly. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. Jason and Patti are the two I worked with the most throughout the process of engagement ring and wedding band shopping. They take the time to get to know you and your taste. I tried to go to the Ashcroft location in Cleveland but the service was not the same. I will forever let Jason take care of my jewelry needs. Very professional!

We're from Cincinnati. Long story short we were in town and visited this location because of an awful experience with Kay's. We ended up buying wedding bands for my wife and Jason (the store manager who is absolutely amazing) had it ready the NEXT DAY. This is an absolutely fantastic jeweler.
My significant other purchased a Claddagh ring for me, something I had been wanting for a very long time. It was on sale for Valentine's Day. I have to say I don't think I'll ever want to go to another jeweler again. The service I received from the store manager was wonderful. He was very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable about the store and products. Thank you so much!
I would highly recommend this store their jewelry is very beautiful and affordable the staff is very accommodating and patient I highly recommend shopping there quality jewelry at a reasonable price with helpful non pushy people.
I was so surprised and excited on black Friday that your awesome staff saved me $300. I purchased a 14k 24" chain for under 600. Where Zales was going to charge me 1,200. Less 30% and it was 10k! The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, I could not have been happier with my purchase and the customer service! I will definitely be back!
The staff is great here! They helped both me and my fiancé find the perfect wedding gifts for each other!
