All I can say is avoid this place at all costs! They have a beautiful jewelry selection; however, the sales associates and managers will lie to you just to make a sale and get as much money out of you as possible. My boyfriend purchased me a ring from here as a gift, and they did not have my size in the store the day we were looking at them. I got a mother's day present in May of 2015, I had it for 1 month and the stone popped out, lucky for me I had the protection plan, it was repaired, long story short in the 1yr and 4months I had this ring the main stone popped out 6 times and the diamonds 2 times, on the final trip (20miles each way) they decided that they have repaired it too many times and told me I would no longer get my ring back!! so they issued me a store credit (joke) I picked out another ring that wasn't near the quality of (or should have been, qual... read more
