Best jeweler around. Chelsea krakehl is awesome and a very big help in picking out the perfect ring. It's safe to say I will be going back again in the future for the awesome service and prices!
I had the best Christmas shopping experience today. I would like to thank Kimberly Coe for her great help. I shopped around for a few hours and walked into your store and she made it so easy for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will buy all of my jewelry from your store. I heard Ryan the manager talk to a customer about the business being family owned and I was sold in that. The only jewelry store in the mall that is privately owned. All the others are owned by the same company, which means they all have the same things, but not Ashcroft & Oak- they have their own stuff and that is where I found what we wanted. Kimberly was amazing and did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect Wedding Bands. Their in store jeweler was even able to customized my band to the way I wanted it- amazing. What a fantastic experience! We had visited another jewelry store in the area and weren't even greeted. Totally different experience here! Upon arrival, my fiance and I were greeted warmly and immediately assisted. After explaining that we needed wedding bands for our wedding in June, we found the perfect bands with the help of Renee. Got my Wife's engagement ring here and she absolutely loves it! Ryan worked with me on finding the perfect combination, showing me ring designs and ideas I did not know existed. He then worked hard to have it made exactly the way we discussed and delivered within two weeks so I could ask her the time and place that was important. He also was extremely helpful on a trade in, giving me a very good appraisal. Have purchased a few pieces here and I will come back for the prices, pieces and people.

My son and I have spent well over 4000 in that store and I can't even get a discount on getting one prong tighten on my diamond ring brought from that store. I was quoted a price of 40 bucks to have it repaired (which I should have jumped on that!) Then weeks later I was quoted 100 bucks to have it tighten. Ridiculous! Like I said it just shows us the importance of keeping a customer happy doesn't matter with this store! It started off great for me to, I have been purchasing there since 2017 bought so many rings, but the lifetime jewelry plan is a joke they purposely send your jewelry off for 2-3 months to fix it. For next time you think about bringing in your broken jewelry. They act like they care ha they start talking to you nasty because your jewelry broke and you are just bringing it back to get it fixed like they promised. We went in there looking to buy a diamond wrap for my mom from my dad for her birthday. Yes the were with other customers but they never even acknowledged our presence, said they'd be right with us or anything. We waited and looked for several minutes and finally just left. Also, they were not following COVID protocol.
