Few are not really friendly there.A resident says Hello and Good Morning and few do not responsed.If you have some issues to be fixed some act like it is a burden when addressed.Food is very good and different choices.
Overall everybody was very nice. Some were very helpful, but most of them really didn't know a lot about how things worked. I think the maintenance staff doesn't know a lot what they're doing. The sprinkler system froze, and pipes burst. It flooded my family member's apartment and a lot of other areas. We ended up moving her out because of that. She was there not quite a couple of months, and she's still having to pay for that last month that she wasn't even there. I felt like that could have been handled better. I know that... read more

I did not have the best tour experience with Lakeshore Estates. The person who was supposed to give me the tour was not able to give it, so the lady showing me around was rushed and not very organized. The facility itself is beautiful, big, and open, but my mom wanted something a little more comfortable and homey feeling.

Been living on hot dogs and baked potatoes - food not very good. Fancy names does not mean good food.
This is a good community. The people are very friendly. The set up is really good. The food and the service is not good. It is not very organized at all. The staff are pretty good. When i moved there are a lot of things that I was told that are not true. The person that helped me get in is no longer with the company. I came in with different expectations than what I was provided.
The food is the only thing I have an issue with.

In the years I have been living here, we have been in constant transition, of one kind or another. However, most of the residents are and staff are so great, that we manage to overcome events such as: 3 months of "lockdown," with low nations, no activities, face masks, and no one in/no one out.
