I liked thee quaintness.
Nicest setting as the eight building complex is nestled in a grove of trees and set back from the street. 25 year old facility just recently acquired by Holiday. Only able to see two room layouts and one was under construction. Had luch which was unimpressive.. Only two main entrees, with neither of interest to us. Full meal plan which is a "no-go" for us. Fully occupied with no expectation of future vacacies. Assisted living facility (32 units) on-site
This is my first choice. Am still meeting with financial advisors. Hope to make moving plans now if all works out. Liked the room set up and services offered.
Exceptional grounds with live deer roaming about. Apartment lovely. Food excellent, Chef knowlegeable and personable. Price with wiggle room. Lacks some ammenities.

I was supposed to move in a week after signing lease. I had sons bring everything they could pack and carry in two cars. I moved into a completely rehabbed apartment which was done poorly with 10 problems including unusable bathroom. Gave list and feelings about this to [name removed] the director who initially seemed perplexed but after viewing the apartment offered to completely move and pay for part 2 of my move if I gave him a week, and all 10 of my things would be taken care of.
