Erica was a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. My purchase experience was a nice & quick. Only complaint is the very high cost of delivery. I think it is extremely overpriced.

Let me tell you about my boy Winston. I have bough ALOT of furniture from Ashley furniture. I have had some good sales people... and some not so good. Winston was PHENOMENAL. He made sure we were taken care of from the time i called on the phone looking to see if the couch was on the show room floor or not. Ericka Meyers was my salesperson. She did a great job doing my deal. I purchased a mattress, an X-4 motorized frame, a mattress protector, and pillow. When we closed the deal, I told her-“This was a perfect deal!! You got a sale and I was happy & satisfied with the entire experience”! ! Sometimes furniture shopping can be dreadful. From the amount of items in the showroom to the feeling of being followed, it can make one want to keep their old furniture forever.
