Erica was a very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable sales associate. My purchase experience was a nice & quick. Only complaint is the very high cost of delivery. I think it is extremely overpriced.

Let me tell you about my boy Winston. I have bough ALOT of furniture from Ashley furniture. I have had some good sales people... and some not so good. Winston was PHENOMENAL. He made sure we were taken care of from the time i called on the phone looking to see if the couch was on the show room floor or not. Ericka Meyers was my salesperson. She did a great job doing my deal. I purchased a mattress, an X-4 motorized frame, a mattress protector, and pillow. When we closed the deal, I told her-“This was a perfect deal!! You got a sale and I was happy & satisfied with the entire experience”! !
