RecommendedMy 4yr old grandson had a cleaning. They were very patient and he did awesome.
The staff was very professional and made me feel as comfortable as ever- in what could have been a very stressful situation. From the moment I met Jania, a Dental Assistant, I knew I was in great hands. She answered all my questions and more importantly put me at ease from the very beginning. I would recommend Aspen Dental of Rockford to anyone.
UPDATE! Well even through the customer care was good. Once I got the bill I literally CAME OUT OF POCKET for EVERYTHING. I thought Aspen would have checked to make sure the services they RECOMMENDED and PERFORM would be covered but NOPE. Majority of the service was NOT COVERED SERVICES 🤦🏾♀️ . everyone in the office is very friendly.durring my extractions Maddie was very sweet held my hand as I was nervous and Dr obi .was good put music on and try keep you calm and comfortable .

Great team. Bri was my dental assistant, very nice upbeat team member. Jessi PSR explained all the form information regarding the insurance paperwork; she called my insurance to asset me in getting my DDS doctor changed over to Dr. M but typical paperwork we had to call another number. I love this place everyone is so polite and care for their patients. Dr Mantinaos is great he answers any questions you may have take his time to see if you have any concerns or complaints. The Lab tech Jay is very nice can’t forget about the dental assistant Maddie she is great she explains the process from the beginning to the end. If your looking for a good dentist stop right here and give them a call.
