I went to Aspen dental because I had a loose filling. I knew I had other work that needed to be done. Everything that needed to be done was explain to me in detail. As it turned out I needed to have 7 teeth pulled and bridges. Dr. Austriaco and Tiffiny worked on me for 3 hours. They both talked to me though out the appointment. This made me feel more at ease. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you both Dr. Austriaco and Tiffiny for making my visit easy for me.
Went to another dentist in the beginning of the year got some work done but they missed a boat load of things wrong. Went into Aspen Dental beginning of August and I won't be going to another dentist while in Rockford. The work they do is very extensive and professional. All the staff is nice and knowledgeable. 11/10 would recommend.
Had my wisdom teeth extracted today and was very nervous. Dr M and Heather did a fantastic job and it was over before I knew it! Megan at the front desk called me later on to see if I was doing ok. They were all so great and calming! Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental!

The oral surgery I had yesterday went well. I was never left alone. Dr. M was gentle and kind. Kept asking if I needed a break. The application of the nonovcain went well. Heather was at the side and she would pat my arm. What was a several hour surgery did not seem that long. The temporary dentures look great. Today when I went in for an after surgery check, she told me more how to care for my mouth. I would recommend Aspen to anybody.
Aspen Dental is the BEST! They have been professional and kind. I have recommended them to my family. I have become a loyal patient.
Dr. M, RaeAnne, and the rest of the staff were incredible and did everything in a way that made it both affordable for me and easy to go through. The only reason I'm docking them a star was the sheer overkill on appointment reminders - five per appointment, and confirming them either by phone or by text didn't stop the calling. For the work, though, you can't beat the service!
Rockford, Illinois. Megan was my dental assistant and she was kind and comforting. I was incredibly scared and she listened and acknowledged my concerns. Angie(I believe) was the hygentist. She was gentle and efficient while checking my gum health. Dr M was my dentist. He was amazing. I have never met a dentist who I actually enjoyed interacting with but he changed that.
