Theo Doctor & office staff worked me in due to an emergency- a broken tooth within an hours notice. The staff could not have been more passionate about being part of Dr. Nalleys team along with aspen dental's. They were extremely professional and Dr.Nalley is by far one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I used to travel for work for 16 years and I have always dreaded going to the dentist but not anymore. Special thanks to TC for getting me past the X-rays! She was very understanding and friendly that made them easier.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the 2 girls up front. The entire staff was nice and friendly, plus the office was clean and modern. The Dr. Nalley addressed my concerns immediately but also discussed with me things I was unaware of. The office manager, Ashlee did a great job explaining my portion and what the insurance paid. Danielle, the hygienist was able to fit me in for an overdue cleaning the same day. Great job to the entire staff: Dr. Momin, TC, Charlese, Ashley, and Kristen!!!!
