I have been a customer for about 9 years at the Fairlawn Office . Its sometimes tough for people to deal with the fact they have dentures , but to walk in this office, they have always made me feel like family and never made me feel uncomfortable . I do mean the entire staff from top to bottom, its a pleasure to visit and talk and discuss my needs and see the outcome . People don't always get the pat on back they deserve , but at this branch they do . Again, its a pleasure to go there .
The staff was friendly upon entrance. Hakeem conducted my -xrays and made me felt relaxed and he was very patient due to I am in pain. Dr. Sonn was very professional and completely informed me of my exam and my options. Shannon was also helpful in coming up with a plan for my treatment. I will definitely refer others as my business partner Cheryl Henry referred me.

I recently had an extraction of a particularly bad upper back tooth in the Concord NH office. Not an easy job for Dr. Yoo as it came out in pieces. He maintained a calming "play-by-play" of his procedures while he confidently and near painlessly removed that evil tooth. Dr. Yoo is a real professional. Thanks Aspen Dental and staff.
Had a wonderful experience . People were helpful and very professional. They also answered all my concerns.
I was a few minutes late for my apt. but I was taken back immediately. The office team was extremely helpful and friendly. The dentist was very attentive,she was very through. My all around experience with this office was great.
I had my new patient visit yesterday and it went quite well. The entire staff was pretty friendly but the one that stood out was the dental assistant that took care of my x-rays etc... her name is Laurie. She took the time to speak to me about what all the numbers meant the hygienist was shouting out during my exam. I would recommend her if you choose this office to be your dental assistant as she was a great introduction into the care you will receive while being treated at this office of Aspen Dental.
