Everyone was very nice and helpful. Also very informative on what was going to be done.
I made an appt for Thursday yesterday. My broken tooth was hurting so bad that I called today. I got in today and my tooth was fixed immediately. The office stayed open to get me out of pain. Absolutely best dentist visit ever!!!
Went to Aspen Dental because of a broken tooth. I knew it was bad, as it had broken to under the gum line. Xrays were taken and a treatment plan was described to me. The care I received was exceptional!! I don't have dental insurance and they were very easy to work out a payment plan! I am definitely going back for all my dental needs!
Staff was friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable to be at the dentist office. They were up front about costs and procedures. And the office manager went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Would recommend Aspen Dental in Middletown, NY to anyone...very pleased!

Dr. Klaus R., Anna, Stephanie, Ashlyn and the front desk/finance/accounting are a FABULOUS TEAM and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The examinations/x-rays are very comprehensive. The dentistry procedures are thorough and pain free. No complaints and I will definitely continue to use Aspen Dental.
She was very patient and understanding with our 8 year old son who is terrified of needles. We finally found a good dentist that our son trusts.
