Excellent service, a judgement free zone, and really worked with you. They explained everything clearly and willing to work with you finically. Definitely going back.
Our thanks to Dr. De La Rosa, Lauren and Kevin for their assistance and care yesterday. As snowbirds, scheduling can sometimes become a challenge - especially during an emergency situation. This Dental experience could not have been better. It started with the ease of making an appointment online. Then I got a confirmation email, a confirmation phone call and then an appointment email reminder. The visit to the office was great. Everyone I came in contact with was genuinely concerned about my well being. I explained that I needed a filling replaced because it came out and that is exactly what they did. Nichole and the rest of the staff were wonderful! They made my experience as pleasant as possible. It was nice to be treated as an individual, not just another patient. I would highly recommend the office.
