I had a very negative experience with prior dentists and I had a fear of going to a dentist. I was met at Aspen by all staff with kindness and professionalism. I had excruciating pain from an abscess and I was terrified. I was impressed with the step by step explanation of the procedures available for me. I felt after neglecting my dental care myself, Aspen Dental offered me first class repair and corrections for my mouth. I had two extractions and received lower dentures. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable.
My hygienist was Tammy and she was wonderful. She introduced herself first thing and was very pleasant throughout my cleaning. She was very professional and created a very comfortable atmosphere. I so appreciate Dentist Patel helping me out of pain on my first visit, I paid all my bill on the first visit, I'm sure hoping I don't regret that!! I appreciate the good care on my very first visit, Also, I love how they told me everything that I had to get done to my teeth on the first visit. I've got a lot to get complete: Gingivitis Clean - take home product to be used for 10 days before cleaning. I'm hoping that they will use pain meds so it doesn't hurt so bad!! I've always been nervous going into see the dentist...I was greeted by very helpful staff. I had the pleasure of having Angel as my dental assistant and Dr. Yousif as my dentist. Angel just made everything fabulous! Angel was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly!
My experience was overall very positive. I was attended to by Ruth for dental x-rays and by Dr. Hooda for an oral evaluation. I was very pleased and would recommend Aspen Dental for anyone's dental needs.
Irma Salinas did a cleaning and found two cavities that upon X-Ray were minimal but upon visual exam were very bad, a wisdom tooth decay, and an old composite decay. Aspen Dental is always helpful and Irma Salinas is an exceptional team member!
dr david elrod is very respectful and made sure i was comfortable and not in any pain his dental assistant jasmine breedlove was great at her job very nice respectful and very very nice best dental office i have ever been to highly recommend going their the whole office workers are great very good at what they do
The hygienist are super nice and they do a great job on my teeth. I love to smile.
