The staff overall were very professional, I did get the impression that some of the support staff were relatively new and would improve with more experience. The office manager was excellent. My only real complaint is that despite the fact that I questioned the retail purchase of a Chlorhexidine Gluconate rinse, I was told that it was "prescription strength" and that they could not write a prescription for it. I took a family member to Aspen Dental to have new dentures made. I felt like I was taking a chance as I didn't know anyone who'd been there before, but the location was convenient, so I went for it. I am so glad that I did! I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with Aspen Dental. I love going to Aspen Dental. Nowhere else have I received the expert care plus a personal and welcoming experience from the professionals there. Especially Brittney the hygienist, she has single-handedly erased my fear of dental work. She is kind, personable, genuine, and she is so good at what she does. My dental anxiety is gone and she is to thank.
Cristina the Hygienist was great at explaninng everthing. Dr. Wood was good too. Quick and easy I didn't have to wait long
I took me and my daughter there and was very happy with the whole staff and how we were treated. I will seriously recommend this office to my friends and family.
I was amazed ,always seen within 15 min of appointment. They were all confident to their profession ,courteous, The set of teeth were good and I don't have to use dental cream only on bottoms. I am on a fixed income, the price was so important .Thanks to all of the employees at n. dale Mabry just after Stahl ,I would suggest them especially if your afraid of dentist as I am.
I recently had all my top teeth removed during an oral surgery. I was so nervous an scared at the same time. The staff at the mason city Iowa location were absolutely amazing.
