My experience with Dr Patel, Bre (office manager) and Jackie (dental Hygienist) have been great. Dr Patel has the best bedside manor , very soft spoken and makes you very comfortable, she knows what she is doing And can give shots that I swear you don't feel. She cares about the level of comfort her patients experience so if there is a lot of treatment needed (as in my case) it will be done in pieces so she can watch how you may react to each procedure done. Everyone was super nice. Just wasn't expecting dentures to be so expensive.
I was happy with my first vist
I had to take my mother for a new denture fitting, and the staff there was very helpful. Laurie, the dental assistant, was extremely patient, friendly and made the experience so much more positive for my mother, who has dementia and was very nervous being in a strange environment. I can definitely recommend Aspen Dental if someone is nervous being at a dentist, they will be put at ease.
I never look forward to going to the Dentist. I went to the new Tupelo office. Not knowing if I had to have a tooth pulled or refilled. Thank goodness it was refilled. The Dentist and staff are the nicest people I have ever seen. They make you feel so at ease. I will be using them again in the future. So glad they are here.
There is a few things to say, first a big thanks to everyone for making me so comfortable, I was so filled with anxiety and a SPECIAL THANK YOU TO BAMBI for taking extra time to walk me through all the my questions, and Tiffany for explaining the business side. Great place and very fast! No judgments!
They are a great bunch of people. We will be going back. And i will refer them to anyone that ask me about dental work.
They are an amazing bunch of people from the front to the back.. Made me very calm and relaxed through the whole thing!!!!!!!!! If you want a great place to go this sure is it!!! Thank you guys you all rock!!!!
Megan O - DA was a great assistant! She was kind and kept conversation and made me feel welcome and less nervous! Megan W - Hyg was great at telling me what I needed to know before she started doing anything in my mouth which I really appreciated! She was very kind as well!
