The office manager was fanatic, as was the tech & the dentist. I was hesitant to go in here based on the terrible reviews on Yelp & I was pleasantly surprised by a fantastic experience which included thoughtful, thorough & kind communication all of the way through.
Dr. Garcia provided the absolute best dental care and overall experience I have ever encountered in my 38 years. Truly a Rockstar.

I started to get some tooth pain Friday and didn't think anything of it. By Saturday night, I wanted to rip out my teeth. Don't go to this office unless you want to receive a surprising bill! They submitted my insurance claim with an NPI error and waited 10 months to fix it. Because of their delay, my insurance denied coverage and I was left responsible for a charge I shouldn't have had to pay. Extremely unprofessional.

"We are a very busy office" so if you hit traffic and you're coming from south of Sunriver don't even try to keep your appointment... Because if you are 5 minutes late ... Apparently their policy is to cancel your appointment and reschedule. So I can't really say how the dentists are but "they are a very busy office"

I made an appointment for a cleaning back in December, it's now end of June and I still haven't gotten in for the cleaning because they continually cancel my appointments! I'm done trying. They have the audacity to nearly hold you at gun point to confirm your appointment 500 times just to call you the day of and cancel because the hygienists can't get it together and show up to work apparently. Won't be back.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but avoid Aspen Dental at all cost...they are disingenuous and my 4?year old could run a better office. I called to make a new patient appt and get a teeth cleaning. They said no problem, we will also take X-rays. Cool, no issues. I get there 15 min early to get my insurance info set up....my appt time comes and goes. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely horrible practices - I went in for a consultation and they told me they contacted my prior dentist/checked with my insurance regarding x-rays and told me they would be covered. Then I went up front, and they told me that I needed a deep cleaning and that would cost me $3,000. This is more than I paid for my son's braces!
