Dr Michaels makes you feel so comfortable and he is very knowledgeable. Very patient, and explains what and why he is doing what he is. Staff are friendly and kind.
The best dental experience I have had so far! I took a chance and booked an appointment online, because I was in a lot of pain. The office was clean, everyone was kind from the receptionist to the assistants in the back who took my X-rays. I met both doctors while I was there, and they both took the time to explain my X-rays and their treatment plan for me. They made me feel at ease, which is rare when you're at a dental office! The office manager was fanatic, as was the tech & the dentist. I was hesitant to go in here based on the terrible reviews on Yelp & I was pleasantly surprised by a fantastic experience which included thoughtful, thorough & kind communication all of the way through.
Dr. Garcia provided the absolute best dental care and overall experience I have ever encountered in my 38 years. Truly a Rockstar.

I started to get some tooth pain Friday and didn't think anything of it. By Saturday night, I wanted to rip out my teeth. I don't have a regular dentist so I was online in the middle of the night and saw that Aspen Dental had online booking. I originally went to Aspen Dental in Bend because they were one of the only providers that accepted my insurance. During my initial visit, I was advised to replace four large fillings with crowns. After agreeing to the treatment plan and beginning the process, I experienced repeated appointment cancellations due to ongoing staffing issues. On top of that, several appointments were delayed because the crowns were reportedly being held up in customs. I went to this dentist office to get a new upper denture and a repair for the existing denture. While the technicians were nice enough the receptionist scheduled me for services that I did not request and did not want. And the staff tried to force me to accept those services despite being told multiple times exactly what services I wanted. When I expressed my displeasure with this, they told me to leave. These people will be lucky if I don't file a lawsuit for assault and willful negligence.
Don't go to this office unless you want to receive a surprising bill! They submitted my insurance claim with an NPI error and waited 10 months to fix it. Because of their delay, my insurance denied coverage and I was left responsible for a charge I shouldn't have had to pay. Extremely unprofessional.
