Go somewhere else. This is the third time that this facility has either screwed up my appointment scheduling, overbooked the dentist or messed up the billing. I suspect the issue stems from Aspen's low pay. Regardless, there are many dentists in Bend, save yourself the hassle of this one.

Just moved down here and have yet to establish care due to my schedule. No problem. I'm in no immediate need. Broke a tooth last week Friday and the soonest to get in was on a Monday at 3pm. Cool, it's not bothering me too much. Confirmation email... Done Monday comes, I show up at 245pm. Doors deadbolt locked. Lights down. No one answers the main phone line.
