I gave been to this business several times to get my teeth cleaned. I have insurance. I've never complained on any service ever before. They cancelled my appointment in August. Said the the hygienist quit. They said they would call me back to reschedule. I've called back two times and left a message. They haven't called me back. I'm a nice person. Im frustrated and am going somewhere else. .

I would have left 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated this way by a dentist office....NEVER

I went in today to fill out a form as a new client. They said they could only see me if I first came in for a full review. They could not clean my teeth on the same day. I've been having my teeth cleaned since I was 12 years old and I'm now 55 years old. It's the same thing every single time. They are advertising everywhere that first appointments are free but they could not tell me the cost of a general teeth cleaning. My new dentist was advised by Aspen Dental that they're server was breached a month ago and all my records are gone. They have no backup server and notified no patients that personal information was breached. I could go on and on and even when I was told this the front desk person didn't even offer to set me up for another appointment.

Go somewhere else. This is the third time that this facility has either screwed up my appointment scheduling, overbooked the dentist or messed up the billing. I suspect the issue stems from Aspen's low pay. Regardless, there are many dentists in Bend, save yourself the hassle of this one.

Just moved down here and have yet to establish care due to my schedule. No problem. I'm in no immediate need. Broke a tooth last week Friday and the soonest to get in was on a Monday at 3pm. Cool, it's not bothering me too much. Confirmation email... Done Monday comes, I show up at 245pm. Doors deadbolt locked. Lights down. No one answers the main phone line. Call the main corporate number to make a "new appt" and explain that door is locked and no one is answering. I get put on hold while she finds out. After about 1... read more
