STAY AWAY FROM BEND OREGON ASPEN DENTAL !!! If I could give them 1 star I would I paid $4020.00 with a Care Credit loan plus they received $1000.00 from my insurance. Included in the Care Credit loan was my partial denture that was $1040.00. I received a bill after I picked up my partial for $1050.00 which part of it was for my partial denture that I had already paid for with my Care Credit loan. Worst dentist ever. Absolutely the most painful experience. The surgeon was horrific. They do not care if you are in pain and paid a lot for numbing that didn't work. Honestly this is the worse experience ever here. Very unprofessional service for the boat load of money they charge. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

So many reasons not to go here. Unprofessional staff, predatory billing, unethical upselling... the list goes on. Just keep scrolling.

I went to the dentist back in July 2023 for X-rays and a cleaning. The dental assistant did the cleaning and X-ray. Afterwards the dentist checked my teeth and advised me to get a crown on a tooth that was falling apart. After the exam they gave me a quote of $1500 to $2500 for the crown and told me my insurance will not cover the crown. The tooth never bothered me and I didn't like how they pushed me to get the crown, I never returned. Avoid this dentistry in near Aloha, OR if you like your money. They claim to contact your insurer but don't and bill you upfront in order to be seen for a (covered) exam for example. You are always billed upfront. Then, they balance bill you for amounts above their contractual agreement with your insurer which is a violation of contract. They do not inform you that certain procedures will/won't be covered and threaten months of wait time in order to proceed with a predetermination. I gave been to this business several times to get my teeth cleaned. I have insurance. I've never complained on any service ever before. They cancelled my appointment in August. Said the the hygienist quit. They said they would call me back to reschedule. I've called back two times and left a message. They haven't called me back. I'm a nice person. Im frustrated and am going somewhere else. .

I would have left 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated this way by a dentist office....NEVER

I went in today to fill out a form as a new client. They said they could only see me if I first came in for a full review. They could not clean my teeth on the same day. I've been having my teeth cleaned since I was 12 years old and I'm now 55 years old. It's the same thing every single time. They are advertising everywhere that first appointments are free but they could not tell me the cost of a general teeth cleaning. My new dentist was advised by Aspen Dental that they're server was breached a month ago and all my records are gone. They have no backup server and notified no patients that personal information was breached. I could go on and on and even when I was told this the front desk person didn't even offer to set me up for another appointment.
