Wow! The first time a dental experiments was actually enjoyable! Literally all the staff were amazing. The quality of their service is A++. I held off going to dentist for a long time because I no longer had trust in them. Aspen has completely changed my outlook and I truly believe they are fair and work with you for financing (as I had no insurance). My dental tech was so nice and educated he let me know every step of what he was doing!
I came in for an appointment with my grandmother... the staff were extremely professional AND friendly!!! They were helpful and accommodating and even though WE got to the appointment LATE 😪 THEY got us IN and OUT with my grandmothers dentures repaired... I am so pleased with the staff at this location. 🙌 I think they are fantastic AND efficient >>>> I appreciate them for doing their job well💕😘💕
Every Dental I I chose in the past 15 years. I never had a good experience to any one of them. Since last year, I’ve been looking for a Dental that will work for me and I never had a luck to find one until couple days ago. I was just reading online and I saw the first dental office. I feel like all the 4 star reviews were paid patients. Last year in 2024 I genuinely believe this place would help me with my dental issues but instead they maxed out all my benefits for that year and I was still in pain on my lower teeth. Instead they offered me the Motto treatment (invisilign) to bring my teeth together...which I accepted, BIG MISTAKE. Neither the doctor or assistant guided me on how the treatment worked. When the office opened about 1 and a half years ago great service, it’s gone a bit down hill. I def understand more patients but wait times is not great had an appointment at 4:30 pm then finally I was put in a chair by 5pm but Doctor didn’t get to me until 5:30 pm??? Yet if I were to be 15 mins late my appointment would get cancelled patients time is also valuable Bathroom needed to be cleaned as well.
