First and foremost I seen the ad on television and it caught my attention and I called and internet for an appointment and I went there with my daughter and granddaughter they supported me,because I keep running 🏃♂️? The Dr, hygienists, dental assistants, and front staff are all very nice and welcoming. During my initial visit the lady who helped go over my plan and cost of the care plan was rude after I told her I did not want to go with the care credit plan, her demeanor totally changed after I declined it. She was the only unpleasant one in the office . I’ve been back a couple of times aftee that and was always treated with kindness….thank you !
I've had my fair share of different dental offices, and I will most likely never need to change again. Best dental experience I have ever had. Love the staff they're great folks, real professionals, and Alicia at the front desk has been really helpful with the administration paperwork. Thanks, Alicia! Aspen is the nicest dental office I have ever been to.
It was overall good . Everyone was very nice . And the place was very clean. I just was mistaken about the financial part and how it worked . Cuz u basically take a loan or pay cash. I thought there was a dental insurance u signed up. Plus I was taken back by the price of pulling three teeth. It is almost 5 months of work. But the staff was knowablw ans the dentist was kind ans gentle with my teeth. I would back if I could afford it especially i have been dealing with this tooth pain for quite awhile..
They did a great job of making my teeth. Couldn't be happier with how my teeth turned out.GREAT JOB !!! I had major dental work done on me. So many teeth pulled out. The one thing I was not happy with was I did not receive one pain pill. I found it outrageous to not be given anything for pain. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to expect.
