All the staff was so nice and welcoming. It was not forced customer service, it was genuine. The were very thorough explaining the processes and insurance/self pay options. The office was clean and spaced out. No clutter anywhere. It was refreshing to actually go to an office where every staff member enjoys their job and has a great bedside manner.
The front desk ladies are awesome! Alicia and Sophia took very good care of the paperwork, etc. My surgery was amazing; the surgeon sooo gentle. I have new teeth and my goal is to have my picture with my new teeth on the wall! Dr. Simonyan and her assistant Thalia were awesome as well. Thalia has a pretty face! 😄
