Thanks to the amazing staff here I was able to conquer my fear of the dentist! They are so gentle and take the time to get to know their patients!
I had work done and was having issues was told to come back in and no charge they lied!! Doctors are changed out so much that I had to explain to different ones what was wrong all that information should have been in my file . I hated having to go in to get something fix that broke because of the service I received talked to me like I was a child. Will never go back there and my husband changed dentist as well.
They were really good up until this year!! All the good girls and the good Dentist left. I would never recommend anyone to go there!! I had some work done there not to long ago and it was very unprofessional and they did a horrible job!!!
They have jacked me around from the very beginning. Screwed up my order whn I went to the oral surgeon so they only took 1 bone out & said my dentist @ home could take it out. I finally get him talked to takeing it out the end of Sept then they call him away for Oct. I go in today & they tell me they do it till Dec 11. I am in so much pain in my jaw frm clenching my jaw @ nght cuz I dont have my teeth. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to no one! I am so mad & disgusted!
Lot of giggling with the workers. Seems like it was all fun time and not work. They are way high priced. They judge people and criticize them because of people's teeth. Which is not right. Takes forever too. My husband thought the same thing. We Will never go there.
I was told by Aspen that I have horrible gums and 3 cavities. They wanted to charge me nearly $900. I went to another business in town for a second opinion and cleaning and was told I have nice teeth and NO cavities, just some staining. It's very alarming how money hungry these people are when they claim to be there to help low-income people! I would also add that they claim it takes 5-6 days to EMAIL X-rays to other offices so mine never got where they were going in time, of course.
Took son there said they make appointment and get back to us a week later still nothing called them they said we were supposed to make the appointment and if we had $4000 to put down they would help us what a joke we will not be doing any business with Aspen dental ever again so they let him wait a whole week with his infected tooth to not do a thing wasted trip
