Getting first appointment was easy...staff was nice. But dentist knows have tooth infection but doesn't give anything to get rid of infection and can't get teeth pulled for month....in extreme pain now and they could have given me something to at least get rid of infection in meantime.
Initial appointment may be free, but their level of care is horrible. Your x-rays are free, but they can't fix a root canal!! They have to refer you to a dental office that can. May as well just go to the dental office that can fix your teeth right away vs a referral that doesn't get you in for over a month... needless to say I won't be returning. I will finish getting my dental work done where they are fully capable of doing so in one visit instead of multiple visits.
So far I had a very good experience as the people who work there were very kind and helpful. I am praying it continues when they start working on my teeth. Thank you for your hospitality!
I was treated so well at Aspen dental. Everybody was super,so friendly. They were very patient and took their time explaining everything to me. They have several plans available for paying for their service. I highly recommend them for your dental work.
