Terrible experience every time I’ve visited this location NOT honest, does not explain procedures well and cancels appointments at the drop of a hat. In addition you will wait at least an hour if not more over your scheduled appointment time. Just terrible!!!!
I spent my early Saturday morning going to the office to be told that new patients can only be seen on Saturdays. No current patients. They told me they tried to call and let me know, but they didn’t leave a voicemail, send an email, send a text or anything. I use my phone all day for work so I would have noticed. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I had to leave without being seen. Very unprofessional!

RecommendedI literally can not say enough about how nice the staff is from front to back! Not to mention how immaculate their work is! I had a back tooth chip and they fixed it all in one day as well as addressed some other work I seriously needed done! They explain everything very clearly to you and break down the treatment plan so you can tackle it at your comfort. I also have to restate how pleased I am with the work they did. Just truly top of the line!
This Aspen Dental is like all of the other Aspen Dental offices they suck!!! They have this so called money back guarantee... they NEVER honor it! Even if you do everything they say, you won’t get your money back!! Don’t waste your time or money! I promise you will end up having to go somewhere else to fix the work they did. Horrible!! Absolutely horrible! Oh, the office manager is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with!!!
