Financial manager does not know his products, is unprofessional and seems to not care about patient. 30+ days with a temporary crown (because of his mistake) and had to push my way back in to get the permanent in. Complete waste of time. All they care about is money. brought daughter in needing extraction, pushed finance plan at 30% interest rate. Did nothing but waste our time. DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY, PATIENT IN PAIN. Left her in office in pain so they could take an important phone. Bait and Switch.
I came in for a new patient exam on 08/02/2018. During the visit, I was told I had bone loss and would need a Periodontal Cleaning. I explained to the hygienist, dentist and office manager that based on a previous experience-\-\I had misgivings regarding dental procedures and insurance. My wife was told by a different office that she needed a Periodontal Cleaning, only to have the claim denied by the insurer. I called to schedule an appointment for emergency visit to re-cement my crown that had came off. The receptionist told me to come in now as it was a good time. I arrived at the facility and was checked in! It was over 30 minutes before I was taken back. I was promptly xrayed and sat in a booth waiting for the Dentist. Thirty minutes later the Dentist came in and said that I just needed my crown re-cemented which of course was what I had requested when I called as I had my crown come off before.
