When I go in for just an exam then that is all I need. I don’t need to be sold on extra cleanings and it is why am not getting one at all. Meet patient needs, & not your marketing needs.

They would not do what I asked. Went for a routine cleaning, they would not do it unless I agreed to a full periodontal regime, which was only partially covered by insurance, before a cleaning. I feel it was just a money making scheme as no other dentist had ever said that, and they never addressed the few hairline fractures in some of my teeth that I was already aware of. I was very disappointed with my visit to Aspen Dental on Hunters Crossing and will not recommend to anyone.

Aspen Dental made an appointment for me to take advantage of the free dental care for veterans service on June 8th. I had a 9 a.m. appointment and waited for them to open. I call Aspen Dental and am told that that office is no longer offering that service but they could get me into the Sevierville office for a 9:15 appointment. I have no idea of how they expect me to travel 45 minutes in 5 minutes. the notes claim that the Alcoa office attempted to call me to cancel the appointment but I have no messages and no missed calls.... read more

Their bait and switch pricing business model has emptied my savings. Six months, $10340 later, they are trying to charge almost $1000 more even, my wife and I still don’t have our permanent dentures. As a patient and a veteran I expected more honesty in my care. I am extremely disappointed with the financial integrity of this company.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very professional. my rating is because what we were quoted was absolutely ridiculous and seems gimmicky. Now I know what we supposedly need I will shop around for better prices.

We were told $19 for exam and X-rays when making the appt. When we arrived they told us $220 and didn't follow the companies promotions. Absolute horrible service.

Worst experience ever. Could not get a cleaning unless I agreed to $500 of treatments and tests. Had to walk out. Talked to others who all have had similar experiences. Do not ever consider this place.

Normally I love it there but today I literally drove out in tears. After telling me a billing change took the extra $300 they said I had before, they said I owed them another almost $200, wouldn't explain it and told me to call my insurance company to find out why their office billed me the extra almost $500. After my appointment the finical officer only explain $200 of it. Then when they finally got me to the back, ( I waited almost an hour total) they said I had a huge cavity that needed a root canal. the staff and dentist were excellent. Sent to office manager who set behind her desk an immediately started doing a credit plan. I wanted to do the procedures 1 @ a time and pay as I go. She said that was the only way since I didn't have the 900 hundred and handed me my papers. I just walked out. Plus they didn't do a cleaning they did a number ck of all teeth around the gums. It was a weird experience. The office is beautiful
