Husband finally had a day off to get a tooth fixed that SHOULD have been fixed correctly the first two times. They told him they wanted him there after he gets only 3 hours of sleep with a new baby. He gets all the way there and they apologize to him saying "well I guess I never made the appointment " REALLY??? Y'all really don't want to keep customers do you?
Had a tooth pulled this morning. I didn't feel a thing
Very upset, I cleared my afternoon schedule and drove 1/2 hr (and then 1/2 hr back) to my appointment, only for them to tell me it had been rescheduled to the following week yet nobody thought to tell me !!! I pulled up my email confirmation just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, but there it was. I felt like they were telling me it was fine because it was rescheduled. Not fine
Iwould recommend Aspen Dental to any one. They are a group of friendly doctors and all of their assistances. I have been having trouble with my dentures fitting ever since i got them from a different place and they are going to attempt to get them to fit the correct way. A very awesome place.
On the evening before I was to leave for vacation in Gatlinburg, I broke a tooth off of my bridge. I called the Aspen Office in Lansing, where I live. Unfortunately, they did not have an appointment available for the next day. However, they made an appointment for me in Alcoa (near Gatlinburg) and I was able to have my bridge repaired within in a few hours when I got there. I very much appreciated having this done so quickly, which made the rest of my vacation much better. I want to thank you very much for your great care.
Would not recommend this office. my dentist was out of town and i decided to switch anyway due to travel distance and a emergency cracked tooth. so i walk in to see if my online appt i made can be bumped up due to it was getting worse and painful. she tells me she doesnt have anything sooner and because of the nature of the situation it was fine to wait another week. She then tells me I should have had a cap put on it a long time ago and i wouldnt be in this situation, so if ... See More i waited this long then i could wait ... read more
I would not recommend Aspen Dental in Alcoa to anyone. They do not stand behind their work. I had an emergency situation and went back for an adjustment instead of wanting to do the adjustment like any other dentist office would do..they wanted me to purchase another product. No thanks! Stand behind your work! On top of wanting me to purchase another product they informed me that I had several cavaties not knowing I had just had a complete exam in May before the emergency in September.
People are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. I was not happy with a previous visit about charges on a temporary partial and the dentist said he would make an adjustment on my permanent one. The metal one should fit better.
I appreciated the Dentists Honesty, and was very impressed with him. But when they told me the dental hygienist would be with me to clean my teeth, after waiting 30 minutes I walked out. Later I was informed it wasn't her that I had to wait for but for the office personnel to print me out a summery of the work I needed and the expenses.
