Aspen Dental in Antioch has been such a blessing to me. From the very beginning, they got me in quickly, and whenever an appointment opened up sooner, they made sure to call me right away. That level of care and consideration meant so much. What stands out most is that they truly gave me my smile back. If you need a new dentist, check them out! I had an impacted wisdom tooth Thanksgiving weekend and they got me in right away the following Monday. They assessed me, did a cleaning, alleviated the pain with novicaine until the prescription was ready and less than 48 hours later the tooth was extracted and I was pain free. Care & quality is excellent & consistent. They also have 3D x-ray & hygienist on board. I felt like a queen patient, even though I didn't know & ask lol. However, after seeing with the Dr. & hygienist you would think they will do my cleaning coz that's what I'm there for.... They let me go to the office were you talk about spending. Update! Beware!!! 2 months later I receive a bill from them for $53 for the fluoride treatment that I did not approve. I go online and look and see my insurance did pay for it, they were just trying to double bill me. I called and spoke to someone not in the actual office who said he would put it in for a "review" and he confirmed my insurance 3 times while on the phone which tells me he knew. This place is beyond awful.

I went in for a toothache. I was told the tooth had to be removed but not before they had to do a an expensive deep cleaning . Total over $2000. I was already on antibiotics given by my PC. They said they had a opening in 3 days and was expected to be in pain till then. Then I was pulled in a room to go over the cost. It was like buying a car. Awful terrible negative stars Went in as a new patient received the consultation came back for the cleaning on 1/27/2026. Mitch the hygienist was overly aggressive and actually hurt me. I stopped him and told him about the pain he said it was normal. I said that this is my first time experiencing pain in the over 30 years of cleanings. He then gave me big attitude. This dental facility is run to be all about money . Pressure was felt to do all these procedures when all I wanted was relief from the extreme pain . Dentist was horrible . It took her 6 tries to pull the tooth and she kept telling me it couldn't hurt . After my tooth extraction I went home and a 2 inch piece of the stitches was hanging in the back of my mouth . The reason for 2 stars is they will fit you in their schedule promptly. Just be aware they will overcharge you!! You will end up with a large bill. They will tell you it is their policy to offer deep cleanings only here even for children. No regular cleanings offered here. They will tell you work is necessary but dont show the necessity in their notes so insurance will deny payment. If you dont mind spending thousands of dollars for unnecessary work this is your place. Office experience was horrendous. They operate like a used car lot. Will add things to your bill that you don't receive. I ended up canceling all scheduled appointments for my wisdom teeth removal. If you do go there, make sure to go through billing LINE BY LINE. When I first came in it was all scare tactics, telling me my teeth were going to fall out if I don't get the right treatment, the NEXT DAY, at my cleaning appointment the hygienist said my teeth were fine, only needed to schedule cleanings more often.
