My first appt. Was at 2:00pm at the Aspen in Gurnee,Il facility today I arrive a 1:50 go to the door and its locked. A note on the door says the staff will be in a meeting until 4:00pm. I get ready to leave and another couple shows up does the same thing I did. I asked them what time there appt. Was and they said 2:00pm. They also said its typical for this facility.
