Went with one painful back tooth, asking for extraction. They quoted $165. for extraction and free exam. Exam was free, then they wanted to remove 9 other perfectly good teeth because, "They'll go bad eventually" and replace with implants to the cost of over $8500.00. They never did anything about the painful tooth.

The worst dentist in Tennessee I when there to get implants and I'm a diabetic no one ask me about my Ac1then I told the lady that trying to numb my gums with the shots in my gums because they wouldn't dead it that way she insisted that the shots in my gum would work after about 2hrs with me jumping and bleeding all over the place she decided that she couldn't do II after she cut my gums and drilling because I couldn't be still that happen I July 24 and my gums are still sore so I don't know what to do my gums are messed up ... read more

Do Not go here! they will give you false information about your conditions just to get you to spend more money . Was given the wron procedure to the wrong tooth and they failed to take accountability for it. They in fact tried to act like they did nothing wrong. They have yet to contact me from their headquarters after asking to speak with someone over 6 months ago. Agagin, Do not go to ASPEN DENTAL they are horrible.

Have been in for a dental cleaning and a filling. Both appointments had wait times of over 30 minutes with one being an hour. Customer service and service overall was good but this place definitely overbooks for the staff they have currently, which disrespects their patients time.

I was undecided on whether or not I was going to leave a review for Aspen Dental but their inability to answer the phone or have their locations answer the phone is next level ridiculous. I am unsure how you are suppose to run a successful business while allowing customers to be forwarded to voicemail for days at a time? I went in for a routine cleaning and as I'm sure everyone else reading this review has heard I had "gingivitis" and a cavity. Terrible. Thought it was a blessing they got me in same day, but just a waste of my insurance use. Gerald was very rude to me when I was explaining my situation after I had to come back in for my X-rays and asking them do do things that they stated they would do. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a second opinion. Won' be coming back to Aspen as a client at all. Unprofessional.

Brand new patient here. 1st appointment is at 1030. I show on time, check with the office admin and begin filling out paperwork. I'm done after a few minutes and am told to wait. I wait 45 mins before being called back - no apology or explanation. When I ask, I'm told "we're running a little behind this morning." Almost an hour is more than a little behind. Routine cleaning scheduled for 8.8.22 at 7:30am. Received an appt reminder and I noticed that my appt was at 9:00 am. Called the office and asked was told, "oh the office hours changed". I asked when and there was no response. I asked, did you call your patients that had booked appts and let them know in advance. response, I don't know. Went to Aspen Dental this past week. They did X-rays and the hygienist looked around in my mouth and said I need a few fillings and a deep cleaning. The dentist comes in afterwards and tells me I need a root canal but they don't do it there so they'd refer me out. She also says I need several fillings and they can do it all that day but I have to talk to their manager about how much I have to pay.
